Healthy Portion Sizes for Vegans and Vegetarians
It seems that today is serving sizes that are printed on the products in the United States "are unique and reflect the amounts people actually eat" (according to the FDA web site) . level of concern about it can not be unfounded, especially considering the rumors you may have seen on several websites (I've been able to prove or disprove them) which is as incredible statistics as 40% of the average diet in America is made up of milk, while only 8% of the fresh fruit!
glancing at a few products, the serving size seems reasonable now , for example, 5 crackers is a serving. Therefore, it seems they can be healthier studying half the American population to draw these parts. There is no justifiable reason for an over-reaction to the mention the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) a statement of the current time. Thank goodness.
